how to manipulate a web part into a report

Ok so we are going to implement SSR at our various sites. I want to be able to create automation reports that will target specific people for their sites on their storage remaining for SSR. There is a web part that works for this but when you go to it.. there is no sql code.. it is just attached.
I looked at every Inv_BESR_xxxxxxxx table and cannot determine any where I could get the free space from.

anyone have any idea?
