Symantec System Recovery backup fail

Error EC8F17B7: Cannot create recovery points for job: Drive Backup of SYSTEM_DRV (*:\), Windows7_OS (C:\), DATA (D:\).

i have this problem....

Some PCs can be backup successfully.

Some fail..
